At Reifenhäuser Asia-Pacific, we’re looking for a dynamic After Sales & Component Engineer to strengthen our service team and deliver exceptional support to our customers.

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Primary contact for customers and agents, providing expert spare parts advice.

• Drive active spare parts sales in assigned APAC countries, focusing on post-warranty business.

• Follow up on quotations to boost conversion, handle queries and outstanding payments promptly.

• Build strong customer relationships through regular multi-channel communication.

• Act as the interface between customers, agents, and internal Business Units for smooth coordination.

OTHER FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Identify customer needs, translate them into technical requirements, and coordinate issue resolution.

• Sell components and equipment for the plastic processing industry.

• Proactively engage and motivate Business Units and agents via calls, meetings, and emails.

• Understanding machinery wear to highlight productivity gains through upgrades.

• Knowledge in logistics and import topics in the SEA region.

YOU SHOULD BRING THESE KEY SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degrees in technical field.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mechanical or electrical engineering.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Willing to travel up to 30% within Southeast Asia.

• Experience in manufacturing preferred; related customer or technical support backgrounds considered.

THIS WOULD BE FAVORABLE:

• Able to work independently and within an international team.

• Strong customer focus and service mindset.

• Highly self-motivated with a structured, organized work styles.

• Decisive, solution-oriented, and proactive.

• Driving license and owning car are advantageous.

• Authorized to work in Thailand.
