From Thailand, we support our parent company in Germany in the production and worldwide commissioning of the renowned “Brueckner Lines” for film stretching.

For our dynamically growing BOI company, we are looking for a highly motivated Cost Controller to further develop and manage our cost control system.

He or she will also support the CFO in her duties and work closely with her and the Head Office in Germany.

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Development and maintenance of cost allocation sheet and determine overhead rates and hourly rates.

• Preparation of capacity planning according to specifications.

• Determination and reporting of productivity ratios.

• Conduct and report about target/ actual comparison of company and project cost.

• Collaborate with CFO on Corporate Planning and Forecast and prepare presentations and uploads.

OTHER FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Support CFO on quarterly and annual P&L and BS and asset monitoring according to Group system.

• Ensuring compliance of the Accounting, Financial and Internal control policies.

• Support CFO on determination of inter-company transfer prices and on tax calculations and audits by Revenue Department.

• Control stock and create the stock checking process to align with the group internal control.

• Develop the automation process and report to save time of preparation and increase more time to analyze.

• Prepare the occasional financial investment and feasibility in new project.

• Check and approve the expense and Document in Concur system.

• Prepare, check and issue the invoices to the internal customer.

YOU SHOULD BRING THESE KEY SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or controlling-related studies.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must.

• Min 4 Years of experience as Controller preferably in European company.

• Profound knowledge of controlling practices and IFRS (or German GAAP).

• Familiarity with financial and accounting software, esp. SAP, HFM and MS Office.

THIS WOULD BE FAVORABLE:

• Strong connections and collaborations with active regional companies.

• Good knowledge in finance, controlling and supporting processes.

• Good communicator and comfortable to liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Analytical and conceptional skills & strong process orientation.

• Good self-organization to secure punctual completion of tasks.

• Authorized to work in Thailand.
