Our client, LANG Technik, is seeking a Sales Manager responsible for developing new customer relationships with machining companies, identifying and supporting local distributors and resellers, and building long‑term partnerships with milling machine manufacturers. The role requires close collaboration with customers and internal teams to understand technical requirements, provide reliable solutions, and represent the company professionally in a respectful, trust‑based business environment.
MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue, market presence, and brand awareness for LANG Technik in Thailand.
Identify and acquire new distributors, direct customers, and sales channels.
Provide daily technical and commercial support to distributors and customers.
Provide structured feedback on market trends, customer needs, and project outcomes to the headquarters.
Representing LANG Technik at exhibitions, open houses, customer events, and industry activities.
OTHER FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
Conduct high-quality product training sessions for customers, dealers, stakeholders.
Expand and maintain a strong network within the mechanical engineering sector.
Accurately record sales activities in the company system.
YOU SHOULD BRING THESE KEY SKILLS:
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales.
High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Experience with workholding, automation, or machine tools.
Strong industry knowledge and an established network within the mechanical engineering and machining sector.
Willingness to travel frequently within the country and make regular trips to Germany.
THIS WOULD BE FAVORABLE:
Proactive and open communication style with a high service orientation.
Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to customers at all organizational levels.
Proven negotiation skills with a solid track record in closing deals.
High reliability and self-motivation.
A well-structured and highly effective sales organization.
Authorized to work in Thailand.
