YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advising European clients on the legal setup of their investment and market entry strategies.

• Collaborating with Thai colleagues on company formation, investment applications, and dealings with local authorities.

• Supporting local businesses with employment law and general legal matters.

• Maintaining relations with chambers of commerce, embassies, and trade associations.

• Working closely with the Sanet Group’s other entities in areas such as management consulting, marketing, trade, HR, and accounting.

• Contributing to the strategic development of the Sanet holding structure.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Licensed attorney or law graduate (e.g., Mag. iur., fully qualified lawyer, legal trainee/RAA, or equivalent).

• Fluent English and excellent written legal German (a must).

• Proactive and confident communicator with strong client relationship skills.

• High level of intercultural competence and willingness to work in an international environment.

• A business-oriented legal mindset with a focus on enabling deals, not obstructing them.

• Solid economic understanding and orientation.

ADDITIONAL ASSETS:

• Focus or experience in corporate and commercial law.

• Excellent academic results (e.g., “vollbefriedigend” or higher), Ph.D. preferred.

• International experience during studies or in previous roles.

• Active involvement in business-related or professional communities.
